When writing the work, was used 34 source literature.Keywords: adaptation of the personnel, the level of socio-psychological adaptation of personnel training adaptation.Analysis conducted earlier research on adaptation of the personnel in the organization showed that the study of the adaptation process is very important for the modern organization in order to improve staff efficiency and effectiveness of the organization as a whole.The study of adaptation programs of several companies and enterprises, LLC "Alidi", in particular, showed that the work on adaptation of the personnel in modern organizations is mainly carried out in the direction of professional staff adaptation. Therefore, there is a problem study is insufficient knowledge of the problems of socio-psychological adaptation of the personnel in modern organizations.The object of research is employees of the company LLC "Alidi."The subject of study is the level of socio-psychological adaptation of the personnel of LLC "Alidi."Graduate work consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion.In the introduction the urgency of the chosen research topic, denoted problem, aims and objectives of the study; research hypothesis is formulated; defined object and subject, as well as methods and methodological basis of research.The first chapter is devoted to the study of theoretical issues of personality adaptation , adaptation concepts disclosure personnel in the organization, its basic aspects , steps and tools.The second chapter analyzes adaptation program of personnel of LLC “Alidi” and presents the results of an empirical study of the social and psychological adaptation of personnel in the enterprise LLC "Alidi " ( survey research method , relying on the author's questionnaire Dmitrieva MA ) . Just identified sources maladjustment: not comfortable enough to work conditions; tensions within the workforce ; strained relationship between supervisor and subordinate .In the third chapter of the thesis presents recommendations designed to improve the process of adaptation of new employees, as well as the training program for new employees adapt to the enterprise LLC "Alidi ". The program aims to reduce the degree of influence on the overall level of adaptation of new employees factors social and psychological problems identified by the survey results. The recommendations are the key terms of the practical value of final qualifying work .Conclusion contains the main conclusions and proposals aimed at improving the process of adaptation to the enterprise LLC "Alidi ".
