<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><strong>The topic</strong>: The team development as one of the methods to overcome the resistance to organizational changes</p><p>Today the organizations have to change continuously in order to survive and stay competitive. The resistance to organizational changes is inevitable. It seems to be one of the main problems that developing organization face.</p><p>There are various methods for overcoming resistance to organizational change. This project is focused on investigating the effectiveness of such method of overcoming resistance to organizational changes as team building.</p><p><strong>The aim:</strong> To investigate the effectiveness of team building as a method of overcoming resistance to organizational changes</p><p>The<strong> object </strong>of this study was the teambuilding.</p><p><strong>Subject</strong> of research - the effectiveness of team building as a method of overcoming resistance to organizational change.</p><p>As a hypothesis there is an assertion that application of teambuilding reduces the resistance to organizational change.</p><p>The goal of the research will be achieved by the following methods:</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; theoretical analysis of the problem of resistance to organizational change and specific features of teambuilding as a method of managing this resistance,</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; interview with reliance on a questionnaire of the expert group for the diagnosis and measurement of resistance existing organizational changes in two departments of the company &quot; Pronto - Nizhniy Novgorod&quot;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the experiment to study the influence of the method of team building to overcome the resistance to organizational changes , which included training on team in one of the departments and re- diagnosis of resistance in the two departments of the company &quot; Pronto - Nizhny Novgorod .&quot;</p><p>The results showed that the training team building is an effective method to overcome the resistance to organizational change. Hypothesis was confirmed , due to the reduced resistance in the experimental group after training and high resistance in the control group , where team building activities were not applied.</p><p>Structure of an introduction , three chapters , eight paragraphs, conclusion , application and references .</p><p>In the research paper used 3 tables , 12 figures, 1 appendice , 38 literature sources . The volume of the thesis was 50 &nbsp;pages, without including attachments .</p>
