Legal regulation of the consumer credits in the Russian Federation

Final qualification work is devoted to legal regulation of the consumer credits in the Russian Federation. Development of the economic relations promoted increase in number of the services provided by the credit organizations in the sphere of consumer crediting. In work decrease questions are considered at consumer crediting: information disproportion, contractual disproportion, procedural disproportion.In work foreign experience is widely presented, the Russian jurisprudence is reflected, the Federal law "About the consumer credit (loan), coming into force is used from 01.07.2014.The research objective consists in the analysis of legal regulation of the relations in the sphere of consumer crediting in the light of the current legislation.
