Development of bussiness process in the organization based on implementation of planning approach

In this paper we examined the activities of trade and production company "Mir NN" . The company is engaged in production of souvenirs and well-proven in the market of souvenirs in Russia. The analysis of identified strengths and weaknesses in the organization.In this paper we propose a new strategy of the company , namely the expansion of activities by setting up new projects. It is supposed to four new projects : Center operational print " organization of production in manufacturing vinyl and acrylic magnets , organization of production in manufacturing of POS materials , large format printingIn the first chapter the concept of small business and small business abroad. The second chapter analyzes the market of souvenirs in Russia and other countries. In the third chapter, I reviewed the activities of the company "World NN" , conducted financial and economic analysis of a company . Chapters four through seven describe in detail the proposed project with the financial and economic calculations of new activities , as well as the calculations of efficiency of implementing these projects. In the eighth chapter, I conducted an analysis of all the new areas , as well as tactical implementation plan for these areas .
