"The analysis of competition in the banking sector of Russia and its regulation"

<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; The paper is aimed at research of competition in the banking sector and its regulation.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; The purpose of this work &ndash; to determine what the intensity of competition in the banking industry of the Russian Federation, and also to consider the legal base regulating the competition. The competition analysis in the banking sector will allow to define the reasons impedimental development of the competition, and also measures which need to be accepted for competition development.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; The paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter contains theoretical approaches to the analysis of competition in the banking sector. The second chapter structural and nonstructural approaches to the competition analysis are affected. The third chapter describes the current state of the Russian banking sector and also the competition in the banking sector of the Russian Federation. The fourth chapter analyzes the legal framework of competition in the Russian banking sector.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; Key words: competition, banking sector, regulation.</p>
