The Problem of Overhead Posts' Stimulation in Organization

Organizations in the world today have to operate in an unstable environment, which is why it becomes more difficult to achieve the desired performance. It is no secret that the motivation and encouragement of employees in the organization are directly related to performance. Numerous studies show that only if the man happily performs its duties, it will give a positive result for the company. Therefore, one of the major problems today - this is a problem in the field of HR. As we know, the organizations presupposes people who work in it. Consequently, one of the main success factors of the organization are the knowledge, skills, motivation and staff motivation . Today emphasizes motivation. While overhead posts play a significant role for the organization, as it supports the functioning of the organization. Therefore it is necessary to think about effective ways to overhead posts’ stimulation. Lack of motivation can lead to many consequences that adversely affect the organization. This means that the current system is not perfect motivation. Therefore, the introduction of new tools to work with the leaders of unmotivated employees is a hot topic today. But has not yet developed a list of tools to work with unmotivated staff managers who would definitely allowed to eradicate the problem of unmotivated employees. The aim of this work is to develop mechanisms to encourage administrative staff by the example of Russia's largest operator of urban passenger 13:46:45 transport "Mosgortrans" . Empirical base for the study was provided by data obtained from a poll conducted by administrative staff on the factors of motivation and incentive specificity , which was attended by members of the administration of " Mosgostransa " ( 16 people ) . For data analysis, a sample was made randomly. Thus, as the main research methods will be used sociological methods of collecting and analyzing data ( questionnaire). It should also be noted that in the defined general guidelines and directions for the management of the organization that need to be considered when analyzing the formation or motivational- enabling environment to the staff.
