<p>Theme: &quot;Definition of the restaurant staff&rsquo; training needs&quot;.</p><p>Author: Chernomorskaya Polina.</p><p>Keywords: training needs, staff, industry HoReCa, TNA.</p><p>The aim of the present research is to study methods to identify the company&#39;s needs in training and their application in practice to analyze the activities of the restaurant.</p><p>In accordance with the stated purpose and the author were set and solved the following problems:</p><p>1. Systematize the opinions of various scholars about approaches to identify the company&rsquo;s needs in learning.</p><p>2. Analyze specifics identify training needs on the example of the company of the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe).</p><p>3. Determine the restaurant staff&rsquo; training needs and to develop proposals to improve the training system in the company.</p><p>The object graduate &ndash; the restaurant staff&rsquo; training needs.</p><p>The subject of this research are the statistics , research papers , results of interviews and questionnaires .</p><p>To achieve this goal and meet the following tasks are used: the survey , the study of domestic and foreign literature, qualitative analysis.</p><p>The practical significance of this study is the possibility to develop a training program for the staff of the restaurant.</p><p>Scientific novelty of the work involves comparing estimates of the needs of the training received on the basis of internal data with the estimates obtained from the analysis of the customer ( the &quot;method of secret guest &quot;).</p><p>The volume of the research is 74 pages, it contains 18 tables and 2 figures; 75 sources were used.</p><p>The investigation includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion bibliography and appendices.</p><p>In the first chapter the opinions of various scholars about approaches to identify the company&rsquo;s needs in learning are systemized.</p><p>In the second chapter specifics identify training needs on the example of the company of the HoReCa is analyzed.</p><p>In the third chapter the restaurant staff&rsquo; training needs are determined, and proposals to improve the training system in the company are developed.</p><p>Conclusion devoted to the main inference.</p>
