AbstractTheme: "The strategies of development company on automobile chemistry market"Author: Artyom Barynkin.The relevance of the topic. Long-term and stable development of the company and its survival in an increasingly competitive depends on improving the development strategy. Value strategy to enable the company to survive in the competitive struggle in the long term, has increased dramatically in recent years. Accelerating environmental changes, the emergence of new requests and changing the position of the consumer, the emergence of new business opportunities, development of information networks, the availability of modern technologies, the changing role of human resources, and other reasons have led to the increase of the value of the development strategy of the organization. Therefore, the aim of this work consists in the development of activities aimed at improving the development strategy. Subject of research - development strategy. Object of research - OOO "Technopark". Hypothesis of the study - the management of the trading company will be more effective if: -clearly defined strategic development and choose a specific development strategy; -defined algorithm and organizational support for development strategies; -developed specific measures to implement the chosen strategy. To determine the position of the firm in the external and internal environment, it is necessary to evaluate the attractiveness of the industry and business conditions, competitive position and identify strategic potential. Determining the position of the firm in the environment requires the definition of the market model, in which the firm operates, and the assessment of its micro and macro environment. To determine the state of the internal environment of the company, you need to assess the current state of the company and its capabilities in areas: marketing, production, finance, management system, staff. Based on the information you need to select measures to improve the strategy or combination of strategies that will enable the company to expand further. For analysis using the following methods: - analysis of scientific-methodical and periodicals; -analysis of intra-organizational documents; - analysis of expert evaluations; -SPASE -, STEP -, SWOT - analysis; - own observations. Theoretical basis of the study are the works of domestic and foreign scholars on the researched topic , such as: Analoui F., Ka‏ra‏mi A‏., A‏rmstro‏ng M., Zub T.A‏., Ka‏rlo‏ff B., La‏pygin Yu.N., Pe‏tukho‏v D.V., Po‏po‏v S.A‏., Fa‏tkhutdino‏v R.A‏., Shilko‏v V.I. etc. Structure The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, list of used literature, list of applications. Contains 15 figures, 22 tables. The total amount of work is 102 pages of text, excluding applications. The list of used literature includes 50 items. In the first chapter of the degree project deals with theoretical aspects of the analysis of the strategic situation and the development strategy of the enterprise. The second chapter analyses the strategic situation, analysis of internal and external environment "Technopark". The third chapter includes an analysis of the strategic development options, the choice of development strategies and the development of measures for the improvement of the development strategy of the company. The practical significance of this work is the development of specific measures to improve the development strategy that can be practically applied in similar trade organizations in the automotive chemical market. Theoretical importance of the work-update improvement strategies development organizations in modern market conditions.
