<p><strong>Theme: </strong>Strategic analysis of the business environment of the company</p><p style="margin-left:-21.25pt;"><strong>The aim of the final objective is the following: </strong>the developing recommendations to improve &nbsp;&lsquo;Stavilon, Ltd.&rsquo; company&#39;s activities using its business environment analysis. &lsquo;Stavilon, Ltd.&rsquo; company works in Nizhegorodsky disposable tableware and packaging&nbsp; market.</p><p style="margin-left:-21.25pt;"><strong>The subject</strong> of research is the study and analysis of the business environment, &lsquo;Stavilon, Ltd&rsquo;, which manufactures and sells disposable tableware, packaging and equipment.</p><p style="margin-left:-21.25pt;">The following tasks are set according to the aim:</p><p style="margin-left:-21.3pt;">1. To define the concept of the business environment of the enterprise</p><p style="margin-left:-21.3pt;">2. To sort out the main factors forming a business environment</p><p style="margin-left:-21.3pt;">3. To define a role of the business environment analysis in the enterprise activity</p><p style="margin-left:-21.3pt;">4. To review the various methods and tools to use the most appropriate ones for the analysis of a particular company</p><p style="margin-left:-21.3pt;">5. Companies have to take into consideration and pay attention to the most important factors of business environment. Therefore, there is a great demand in getting&nbsp; everyday operational and complete information about the situation and possible changes of business environment.</p><p style="margin-left:-21.3pt;">The business environment analysis concept worked out as a result of theoretical and applienced research&nbsp; in the field of company strategic planning is considered in this paper. The approach to make a strategic plan as a stage of a strategic analysis is presented in the objective.</p><p style="margin-left:-21.3pt;">The used method allows to study completely&nbsp; all the factors of &nbsp;the business environment of the company which influence its activities and also to&nbsp; plan the company&#39;s further development.</p><p style="margin-left:-21.3pt;">When analysing company business environment, the method of profiling environment, Ansoff&#39;s matrix, PEST - analysis, Porter Model of the Five Forces, strategic&nbsp; group card were used. Also, consumer value analysis, supplier value analysis and Competitor Cost Analysis have been used.</p><p style="margin-left:-21.3pt;">The results of the analyses were the identification of political, legal, economic, social-cultural and technological factors influencing the efficiency of the company activity. The factors of direct impact have been analyzed in detail.
