Relevance of the topic "Assessment of the effectiveness of the chosen strategies for the last four years " is determined primarily by the fact that with the increasing competition at the market the business itself rests in a very fluid environment. That is, there's always a need to maintain the control over the company's way to the target. This process represents a method for monitoring the process of reaching the planned strategy and gather information to analyze the data that companies need to be adjusted in their behavior and strategy. To solve this problem, there is the final phase of the strategic marketing planning - assessment and monitoring of the strategy.Most of the problems of any enterprise are of the strategic nature. For example, according to some experts and analysts, sources of problems lie in:−Uncertain goals;−Poor management effectiveness;−Destructive approach to the business planning;−Mismanagement of finances and the production costs;−Unreasonable decisions. Project target: Analysis of assessment of the correctness of the chosen strategies.The main targets of this project are:−To reveal the theoretical bases of strategic marketing;−To analyze the marketing activities of JSC "LUKOIL"; −Assessment of the effectiveness of the selected strategy of the company;. −Development of recommendations for further development of the company.Project structure: The proposed work includes three parts: the 1st part - the highlights of theoretical research on strategic marketing; the 2nd part is a section which analyzes the marketing activities of JSC "LUKOIL"; the 3rd part - the section where all the studies on the topic are conducted and concrete measures to improve the marketing and development of the marketing strategy are proposed. Source of research – documents of JSC "LUKOIL", reports, as well as educational and scientific literature, both by domestic and foreign authors, Internet sites, articles of scientific conferences, WAC article.Practical significance: the ability to use the results in improving the marketing activities of the organization, as well as during the planning and development of the organization's strategy.The novelty of the present work: to systemize the theoretical material on strategic marketing and planning, as well as to develop methods to assess the company's strategy . Methods used in the project:−empirical method;−statistic method;−marketing analysis.Assessment of the chosen strategy of JSC "LUKOIL " is performed in stages, ie, using the combined method of evaluation.For a more complete assessment of the study it was conducted in four stages:−SWOT-analysis;−PEST-analysis;−assessment of selected strategies of the company;−expectations from the implementation of the strategy.The combined method is selected for the assessment.The first stage.SWOT-analysis of the JSC "LUKOIL".The second stage.PEST-analysis of the JSC "LUKOIL"The third stageAssessment of selected strategies of the company.The fourth stageExpectations from the implementation of the strategyPresents strategies are the strategic development of the company for the next 3 - 5 years. Their development is used reasonable detail the source of the data and provides for the establishment of operational and strategic financial reserves (which are allowed to use the owners of the company) on planned projects.
