In this work I consider such an inherent element of Ethics as moral feeling. The key problem which induces us to turn to this phenomenon is the distance between moral law and subjective will which in theories asserting transcendental origin of Morality becomes maximal. Here moral feeling appear as some sort of medium connecting individual will and absolute form of duty. In this work the main characteristics of moral feeling are examined and also some essential for this phenomenon problems are disclosed.
