Regional education reform in Russia

<p>The aim of this study is to ask:</p><ol><li>What are practical steps necessary to implement improvement of the quality of education?</li><li>How can higher education be made more available?</li><li>What are the views of modern generation regarding the educational reform?</li><li>How do international relations affect educational reform;</li><li>How can the current situation best be characterized?</li></ol><p>To answer these questions, the following research goals are be set: a research on the stages of the education reform in Russia should be held; analysis of the concept of education standards in all areas, including pre-school, supplementary, and post-secondary; the efficiency of education as the development of the human personality; a description of the education reform implemented in the Pskov region and monitoring of the education reform by authorized organizations.</p><p>To accomplish the tasks, will use the following sources: sites - Education Portals of Russia and the Pskov region; statistical data of Federal State Statistics Service etc.; the regulations of the Russian Federation; the methodological and scientific literature; social surveys; newspaper sources and personal experience.</p>
