<div id="gt-src-tools"><div id="gt-src-tools-l"><div id="gt-input-tool" style="display: inline-block;"><div id="itamenu">&nbsp;</div></div></div></div><div class="almost_half_cell" id="gt-res-content"><div dir="ltr" style="zoom:1"><span id="result_box" lang="en"><span title="Швейцария представляет собой неоднозначный, но и с многих точек зрения, включая конституционно-правовую, пример федеративного государства способного решать проблемы интеграции.">Switzerland is ambiguous , but also from many points of view , including constitutional and legal , example of a federal state that is able to solve the problems of integration . </span><span title="Наряду с системой прямой демократии, дающей гражданам возможность участия в решении государственных дел посредством выборов и регулярно проводимых народных голосований по наиболее важным вопросам жизни общества, принцип федерализма является одной из основ, позволяющий сохранить единство и обеспечить развитие многонационального государства.">Along with the system of direct democracy , which gives citizens the opportunity to participate in public affairs through elections and popular votes held regularly on the most important issues of society, the principle of federalism is one of the foundations , which allows to preserve the unity and ensure the development of a multi-ethnic state. </span><span title="Принципы швейцарского федерализма позволяют избежать многочисленных конфликтов в стране.">Principles of Swiss federalism avoid many conflicts in the country. </span><span title="Однако любое развитие, даже конституционно-правового характера сопровождается наличием проблемных положений и вопросов правоприменительной практики.">However, any development, even constitutional- legal nature accompanied by the presence of problematic provisions and law enforcement issues . </span><span title="Таким образом, представляется актуальным изучить практику и правовые основы федерализма Швейцарии с точки зрения нахождения оптимальной модели государственного устройства многонациональной страны, а также использования определенных положительных черт для формирования предложений по совершенствованию федеративных отношений в Российской Федерации.">Thus, it seems urgent to examine practices and legal foundations of federalism in Switzerland in terms of finding the optimal model of the state of the multinational country , as well as the use of certain positive traits to generate proposals for the improvement of federal relations in the Russian Federation.</span></span></div></div><p>&nbsp;</p>
