Sustainable Development as a part of City Development Strategy

In this work we consider the sustainable development strategy in cities.The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and appendices. We use tables and charts made ​​by the author based on the analysis of literature.The first chapter discusses the conceptual aspects of sustainable development strategies ,Highlights the main provisions of the concepts of sustainable development. Formed goals, objectives of the study , discusses the possible methods of solving the tasks of work , driven by the need to manage the sustainable development of the city.The second chapter examines the methodological approaches to the analysis , design and implementation of sustainable development. Formed sustainable development of these cities , the criteria are strategic areas of sustainable development, quality of life standards are defined as the basis for sustainable development of the city .In the third chapter identifies the strategic approaches of urban development on the example of cities Muravlenko Tyumen region and city Novosibirsk ska, the analysis of the initial situation in these cities , as well as highlighted the prerequisites for sustainable development. SWOT analysis is conducted of factors external and internal environment , highlighted the strategic development zones of these cities is considered content development strategy ustochiyogo urban development and assessment of their implementation.Finally, conclusions on the work done , the recommendations and proposals for the formation of strategic sustainable development zones .
