Career development model of young spesialists in credit organisations ( case of "Russkiy Standart" bank)

<p>Relevance of the work is determined by what career management is - a set of activities carried out by the personnel service organizations in planning, organization, motivation and control employee career growth, in terms of its goals, needs, opportunities, abilities and aptitudes, and based on the goals, needs, opportunities and socio-economic organizations. Career Management achieves devotion employee interests of the organization, increase productivity, reduce staff turnover and a more complete disclosure abilities.</p><p>The subject of research is the normative model of the career development of young specialists in the bank.</p><p>Object of study - the model of careers of young professionals in the commercial bank JSC &quot;Russian Standard&quot;.</p><p>The purpose of research - to describe a model of career at the bank and identify representations of young professionals of banking career (the case of bank JSC &quot;Russian Standard Bank&quot;).</p><p>Research objectives:</p><p>- Based on analysis of the literature to define the concept of &quot;normative model career in the organization&quot; and describe the stages of career development;</p><p>&nbsp;- Examine and classify the different models of normaitve career within the organization;</p><p>&nbsp;- Organize and described on the basis of the literature factors influencing the career model of young professionals and their career advancement;</p><p>&nbsp;- Explore the representation of young professionals - employees of the bank JSC &quot;Russian Standard&quot; of a successful career in the banking sector;</p><p>&nbsp;- Examine and describe the conditions and factors influencing the career development of young professionals - employees of JSC &quot;Russian Standard&quot;;</p><p>&nbsp;- Describe the organizational conditions for normative career at the bank JSC &quot;Russian Standard&quot;; explore and describe the normative model career in the bank JSC &quot;Russian Standard&quot;;</p><p>&nbsp;- Identify differences in perceptions about the career of young professionals with a normative model career in the bank JSC &quot;Russian Standard&quot;.</p><p>&nbsp;- To develop recommendations for the management of the bank about the careers of young professionals.</p><p>The work consists of three chapters, introduction and conclusion. The first chapter defines the concept and describes the steps of career development; the characteristic of normative models of career; identified factors affecting career advancement professionals.</p><p>The second chapter presents the methodology of research on factors that influence the career development of staff of the credit organization: defined goals, objectives, assumptions and methodology for an empirical study.</p><p>The third chapter presents the results of the study and recommendations for credit institutions.</p><p>In conclusion, describes the main points obtained during the study and recommendations for the use of the results obtained by the company management.</p><p>In this paper we detail the existing model career in the banking sector, and has also been studied model career in the bank &quot;Russian Standard&quot; and practical recommendations on the management of the bank hiring and building their careers.</p><p>This work can be in further used be managers and HR managers of banks to assess the career expectations of young professionals will help make hiring more efficient because involves taking account of the career expectations of employees and their correlation with existing normative models career in the organization. This will help to avoid disappointment employees in their place of work and responsibilities, which, in turn, will provide a stable bank staff that will achieve your goals.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
