The main tasks include development of the optimal mobile applications design pattern and building the complete architectural solution, which will allow creating apps with dynamic structure and data model. Final solution includes the modified Model-View-ViewModel design pattern in a combination with structure elements of Model-View-Controller.

The conducted detailed analysis of the existing methods and approaches eventually reveals the original architecture of the developed technology that allows creating native mobile cross-platform applications without explicit need of writing programming code.

The work also covers the peculiar properties of describing the domain model in the created cross-platform apps. The final solution includes building runtime-generated classes which define local ORM storage configuration with capabilities to respond to changes in the description of the model. Considered scalability of the proposed approach to the mobile application platforms.

The results are the following: implemented modified MVVM design pattern, developed technology of creating cross-platform applications with dynamically built structure and content, developed web-application - constructor and template designer, which allows to configure and customize the structure and content of cross-platform applications, developed demo mobile application which is able to change its structure and content without need of making changes to the source code.

Properties of the work: 73 pages, 4 chapters, 19 information sources.

Keywords: MVC, MVVM, cross-platform applications, runtime-generated classes, technology of creating applications.
