Influence of social networks characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the company.

<p>The author of this paper is explore whether employees&rsquo; willingness to perform Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is affected by social influence. The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of social networks in organization on organizational citizenship behavior. The thesis is based on the results of a study conducted in the insurance company &ldquo;ROSGOSSTRAH&rdquo;. In the literature review, the theoretical aspects of organizational citizenship behavior within the context of social networks. In first part of paper a review of studies concerning the main antecedents and outcomes of Organizational Citizenship Behavior will be presented. The author will also describe the main trends in modern research and summarize the existing ideas on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Second part of the literature review is dedicated to social networks and its aspects. It includes an overview of several important factors of social networks, which affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Furthermore, the research question and hypotheses, based on the literature review, will be presented as well. Finally, the author will show possible theoretical and practical implementations of the paper.</p>
