<p align="center"><strong>&laquo;How the experience of young people&rsquo; participation in business trainings forms a perception of entrepreneurial success&raquo;.</strong></p><p><strong>Research problem:</strong> The recent emergence of a large number of different business - training related to the growth of youth entrepreneurship. Studying the topic of business - training, it can be noticed that this issue causes the youth of very great interest. This fact is confirmed by a large number of participants in the groups in social networks.</p><p>So, there is question: why once visiting this event, people are becoming more and more interested in business &ndash; trainings? Why have business - tranings become so popular? How the experience of young people&rsquo; participation in business trainings forms a perception of entrepreneurial success? How formed idea of ​​entrepreneurial success in the process of participation in business - training? Why have business coachings&nbsp; become synonymous with success?</p><p><strong>The purpose</strong> of this study is to identify how the experience of young people&rsquo; participation in business trainings forms new perception of entrepreneurial success.</p><p><strong>Objectives of the study.</strong></p><p>1. Determine which of techniques and teaching methods are used in business - trainings;</p><p>2. Identify and describe the range of goals and motives of participants of business trainings;</p><p>3. Identify what do the participants of the business - training mean by entrepreneurial success;</p><p>4. Determine presentation participants about what characteristics and qualities should be given a successful entrepreneur;</p><p>5. Identify the characteristics of agents which the participants are target on.</p><p>6. Determine how much attention is paid to the business - ethics in business - training.</p><p><strong>The object of study</strong> are participants of business - trainings at the age of 18 to 35 years, who have attended business trainings no later than one year ago.</p><p><strong>The subject of the study</strong> is forming a perception of entrepreneurial success ideas about entrepreneurial success through participation in business - trainings.</p><p><strong>Sampling and survey method.</strong></p><p>Target sample was used as the focus of interest was quite specific and relatively small group of people. Selection of informants, as originally planned, was carried out in &quot;public places&quot;, namely, in groups dedicated to business-training in the social network &quot;Vkontakte&quot;. In addition, the another snowball method was used also, because in this case it was very important people to get the recommendations of participants. As a result, the total amount of the interviewers &ndash; 20 people.</p><p>To obtain the results I took &nbsp;semi-structured interviews with members of the business - training through informal personal interviews and conversations on Skype, conducted by prearranged plan (guide).</p><p><strong>Conclusions.</strong></p><p>On the basis of the arguments of the respondents during the interview, I can say,&nbsp; &nbsp;that the main reason of the great interest in business - training among young people is the fact that business - training is a community which aspires to become successful. The community is appealing to young people, because it inspires to do the actions, increases motivation to do certain changes in your life, helps you to find your own path, as well as business - training - is a way to obtain useful contacts and knowledge that were lacked. Further, it is worth noting that the business - trainings develop entrepreneurial thinking, which is not taught in schools and universities, this is why business - training have become so popular and turned into a successful business, as there is a demand that is growing all the time.</p><p>Further, it is worth noting that business training contributes to becoming successful through personal example and life experience of business - trainers.
