Social Modes of Sleep and Awakening in the Timing of Students

<p style="text-align: justify;">This paper considers the question of how negotiation of social modes of sleep and awakening in the individual&rsquo;s timing is possible. A heuristic idea of the contextual balance between performance of social roles and periodic temporary release from its performance, as well as between the physiological requirements, pragmatic objectives and regulatory submission of individuals, is proposed to understand this phenomenon. The paper presents results of empirical research on social modes of sleep and awakening in the timing of students.
