<p align="center">Criteria attractiveness of HR-brand organization and their impact on the career expectations of graduates</p><p align="center">&nbsp;</p><p align="center"><strong>Annotation</strong></p><p align="center">&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; There are 2 main tendencies on the job market: we can see dynamical growth in companies, using young specialists with high knowledge requirements for them, and the second one &ndash; Russia is challenged with demographical problems and, as a consequence, problems with hiring and retaining personell. Young specialists can choose their career path these days, and to keep competing companies have to make best career proposition. One of the most efficient hiring methods is keeping of high-quality HR brand with lots of attractive components.</p><p>Our object of research is&nbsp; young specialists - graduates from Management Faculty of Higher School of Economics. Our subject of research is criteria of HR brand attractiveness.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The aim of this work is to identify the most important criteria of attractiveness impacting &nbsp;career expectations of young graduates.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; First chapter of this work tells us about existing literature sources about this problem, second chapter is about research methodology, third is about results and recommendations on creating effective HR brand image.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; We made a questionnaire about important criteria for young specialists.</p><p>Top most important ones are high salary perspective, transparent career ladder, professional skills of company workers, corporate culture and interjob relations.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; When choosing how to interact with company (long/short term/training),</p><p>all respondents gave high marks to perspectives of high salary, career perspectives and professional skill growth factors.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; As a summary, young specialists in Russia want to get into international company with high perspectives and are even willing to go through sifting, lower start salaries and conditions at that.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Top favorite company ranking looks like this: Google, Gazprom, MacKinsey, Yandex and BMW &ndash; companies, who made successful HR brands.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
