Complex Projects Management Approaches Development. The Role of Mobile Technology

<div>This work is devoted to solving the urgent problem of any modern organization - project management. Its practical significance is in project management with the help of mobile systems model development. The object of research is the automation of the organization, the subject of research is the development of systems and project management approaches.</div><div>The aim of this work is to develop a model of managing complex projects with the help of mobile systems. To achieve this goal it was necessary to solve the following problems:</div><div>&bull; explore the role of mobile technology in the design and management of complex systems;</div><div>&bull; analysis of existing systems and solutions;</div><div>&bull; study of the use of mobile technology in the process of real organizations;</div><div>&bull; application prototype development that implements the proposed model and its testing.</div><div>It is expected that using the model developed an organization can reduce some project management costs, as well as make the process more transparent and user-friendly.</div><div>For this theoretical and methodological recommendations on the use of mobile technologies in the design and management of complex systems were researched. Requirements for modern systems, their purpose and functionality were identified. &nbsp;Existing systems and solutions with a comparison of all key factors, including the cost of the product for introduction to the process of organization were analysed. Using mobile technologies in the process of real organizations on company - developer of mobile applications and services was researched. Its current business process of project management was modeled, and the future model developed, representing a significantly optimised business processes. In this work it was developed the application implementing this model, which was tested in real organization and revealed itself as a successful prototype.</div><div>All objectives were achieved, and the final result as the prototype application can be used to create a complete software product. This work has great prospects of development in practical and methodological directions both.</div>
