INVOLVEMENT OF RUSSIANS IN ORGANIZED VOLUNTEERING: MOTIVATION PROBLEMS

<p>The aim of this work is to study the motives of involvement of Russians in organized volunteering.</p><p>To achieve the before-mentioned objective the following research tasks have been determined:</p><p>- To study the concept of formal volunteering</p><p>- To define the main motives</p><p>- Consider the condition of infrastructure for formal volunteering in Russia</p><p>- Allocate the main barriers and incentives of involvement of Russians in formal volunteering</p><p>- The complex of recommendations&nbsp; on creating favorable conditions is developed for organized volunteering</p><p>The following scientific methods are used in the research: critical study of scientific literature on the topic, analysis and also interview of the main organizers of volunteer movements in Russia was conducted . There will be some questions about their own vision on organized volunteering in Russia.</p>
