The article is concerned with the fight against illegal content on the Internet. Increasing the role of the Internet in disseminating information led to the state began to look for mechanisms to regulate the Internet. Contrary to established opinion, restrictions on Internet content are used not only in authoritarian and totalitarian states, almost all the major countries of the world in one way or another restrict the access of its citizens to unwanted information on the Internet.The article gives a detailed analysis of Russian legislation in combating Online Infringement. The author cited numerous judicial practice, formulated the existing problems of the Russian legislation and law enforcement in the fight against illegal content on the Internet, propose legislative solutions to these problems.
