In any activity companies during the work face a set of business processes. This aspect is especially actual for modern constantly changing conditions of business: sometimes already during modeling business process is modified quicker, than its manage to describe. In this regard many small and large enterprises automate the business processes for the purpose of decrease in expenses, optimization of working processes, exception of unnecessary labor. But often gained effect strongly differs from the expected.

There is a large amount of additional difficulties, such as limitation of access to information, strict observance of regulations, emergence of a large number of exclusive situations. Besides, traditional approaches aren't so effective, so far as concerns hundred various business processes repeated, for example, isn't more often than several times in a week. It is impossible to foresee all possible outcomes, but it is necessary to react to changes very quickly and in the shortest terms. Here other barrier-free approaches having a social focus and capable to realize the unique business processes demanding special knowledge and skills are necessary. In this regard the question of studying of adaptive technologies of the organization of business processes in the company is actual.

In this work such technology popular now as an adaptive case management (ACM) is considered. Use of the ACM tools optimum for management of the unstructured or partially structured business processes, and also for achievement of the difficult purposes and the tasks demanding multi-stage realization. ACM guarantees that the received knowledge becomes transparent and reusable in the absence of bureaucracy. Besides, this method allows to accumulate the big knowledge base and effectively to use it for further work with cases.

The most popular methodology based on technology adaptive case management is the methodology Prokletov which also is considered in this work. One more way of realization of a studied method is the case description by means of information system, in this case I chose system of electronic document flow and collaboration PayDox. In practical part of work the realization of case from life of Higher School of Economics is made both of these methods, and their comparative analysis is in summary provided. Thanks to this part of work, all advantages of this technology are visually shown: acceleration of all processes, instant reaction to any change, constantly acquired knowledge base and many other things. All this, certainly, will help to create unique competitive advantage to any enterprise which is especially working with a large number of documents and clients.
