Analysis of the difference of companies conceptions about their mobile client in the context of their sectoral differences.

       3. Analysis companies understanding of the conversion of their mobile clients in various industries

To solve these problems the research was conducted in Russian companies in various industries . The study consisted of two parts , namely the survey of respondents and data analysis . The survey was conducted among the people who made decision or affected it , ie SEO companies and marketers . The CRM client base of the company Eski.mobi, which is engaged in the creation and implementation of adaptive mobile version of the site, was used to contact and interview respondents. The Russian companies in the following industries were chosen to carry out a survey :

- Theatres

- Internet stores

- Banks

- Airports

- The Enterprises engaged in selling and purchasing of real estate.

Eski.mobi Company enters into CRM database only those companies which traffic to their sites where more than 500 people a day.

Upon completion of data collection the program SPSS was applied for the processing of the results. According to the data, obtained from the company Eski.mobi, the companies without qualitative mobile adaptive version of the site didn’t have the high conversion of mobile clients.

The following recommendations were made on the basis of the work: for technological innovation the industries of Internet stores , banks and airports should be considered . The difficulties in negotiations for the industry of online stores may occured at the stage of understanding the target audience and its preferences and general trends. The solutions in the industry of banks and airports can be tightened at the stage of the budget debate .Real estate industry is ready to innovate on a clear understanding of the results. In the industry of theater there is no such high conversion of customers to immediately take a decision on the implementation of innovative technologies .
