Talent management in this context is the science of using HR to produce competitive advantages, boost business value and help companies to meet their targets. But there are some global challenges faced by many companies like talent flow, the managing of two different generations of employees, lack of needed competencies. Anyway, in order to have competitive advantages on today’s global market every organization tends to be systematic in managing their talents.
