<p>The most important step when applying for a job is a job interview with a recruitment specialist . We can observed that highly qualified personnel often not work in their profession and &nbsp;cant use their skills and competencies. This mismatch is a prerequisite of the problem, for what reasons, applicants can not get a desired job? Perhaps it is due to the inability to pass an interview for employment. Our task - to understand what is an obstacle to successful interview when hiring candidates.</p>
