Financial Determinants of Corporate Growth's Characteristics in Russia

<p>Topicality of the corporate growth analysis on the emerging markets and of Russian companies in particular is determined by the key position of growth questions in making strategic decisions about long-term development of a company. Qualitative growth characteristics detection allows to redirect management&rsquo;s attention from the constant efforts of financial profit increase to balanced development of a company. The urgency of the thesis topic is also determined by the highly limited number of researches of corporate growth quality in emerging markets including the Russian one.&nbsp; The main objective of the thesis is the determinants of the Russian companies&rsquo; corporate growth quality detection. The object of the research are Russian public non-financial companies trading on Russian and foreign stock markets. The subject of the research is the mechanism of financial and non-financial company&rsquo;s characteristics effect on its growth indicators. The author offers her own indexes for qualitative corporate growth measurement. The optimal period for modeling the existing corporate growth indexes is determined. Financial and some non-financial determinants of the corporate growth quality of Russian companies are detected.</p>
