Psychological Factors of Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is individual behavior that is discretionary, not directly or explicitly recognized by the formal reward system, and that in the aggregate promotes the effective functioning of the organization. In the current research 20 predictors of OCB were found, which were grouped in three high level categories. The final model includes three general categories: social relatedness, calculation and selfactualisation.
