This will contribute to a rethinking of existing, and the search for new effective and safe ways of being in a state of stress and anxiety.</div><div>Scientific novelty of the study is that the study of the phenomenon of constructive anxiety, devoted very little research and its relation to value-semantic field of personality has not been studied.</div><div>Practical implications: the results of this study can be used to further explore the issues posed. Also, these results can be used in various social and professional areas (educational institutions, the scope of HR, psychotherapy, etc.).</div><div>Thus, the object of research is the anxiety as the property of the individual.</div><div>The subject of research is the relationship of anxiety and constructive value-semantic sphere of the individual.</div><div>Objective reveal features of a constructive relationship between anxiety and value - the semantic sphere of the individual.</div><div>The research problem:</div><div>1. Examine and organize concepts and approaches to the problem of anxiety and constructive value-semantic field of personality.</div><div>2. Consider the theoretical aspects of the relationship of anxiety and constructive value-semantic sphere of the individual.</div><div>3. Develop a program of empirical research.</div><div>4. Conduct a study on the relationship of anxiety and constructive value-semantic sphere of the person on a representative sample.</div><div>5. Analyze and process the data, interpret the results and make appropriate conclusions.</div><div>The basic hypothesis of the study was the assumption that the constructive anxiety associated with value-semantic sphere of the individual.</div><div>Private acts hypothesis suggested that there is a connection between anxiety and constructive values, based on the internal locus of control.</div>
