<p align="center"><strong>Abstract </strong></p><p align="center"><strong>of graduate qualification work </strong></p><p align="center"><strong>by Pavel Smirnov </strong></p><p align="center"><strong>on the topic </strong></p><p align="center"><strong>&laquo;CSR execution in international firm on the Russian market&raquo;</strong></p><p align="center">&nbsp;</p><p>The diploma work on the topic &laquo;CSR execution in international firm on the Russian market&raquo; contains 96 pages, 12 figures and 1 table.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Key words: corporate social responsibility, competitive advantage, commercial real estate.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The subject matter of the study is practice of corporate social responsibility (CSR) use by Russian department of Cushman &amp; Wakefield international company.</p><p>The scope of the study is link between CSR and competitive advantages.</p><p>The goal of the diploma work is determination of possible paths of Cushman &amp; Wakefield&rsquo;s CSR system development for improvement of company&rsquo;s competitive advantages.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Work scope includes introduction, three chapters and conclusion.</p><p>There are topicality of study, problem statement, subject matter, scope, goal and tasks of the study in the introduction.</p><p>The first chapter discusses the theoretical foundations of CSR needed to deepen the essence of the issue under study and justify the correctness of the conclusions and practical recommendations.</p><p>The second chapter analyzes the Russian commercial real estate market in the context of CSR, as well as determines the positions of the studied company and its competitors on this market.</p><p>The third chapter analyzes the company&#39;s internal environment in the context of socially responsible practices and related competitive advantages, makes findings and suggestions.</p><p>The conclusion summarizes overall results and describes their significance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The theoretical part of the study is carried out by the analysis of the Russian and foreign literature on selected topic. The practical part - through market analysis, SWOT-analysis, with use of method of questionnaire.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Theoretical significance of the work consists in the author&rsquo;s contribution to delimitation of the term &laquo;corporate social responsibility&raquo;.</p><p>Practical significance is expressed as the possibility of applying the recommendations, formulated by the author, by Cushman &amp; Wakefield to improve its position on the Russian commercial real estate market.</p>
