<p style="text-align: justify;">Annotation to bachelor graduation work &laquo;Management of intrapersonal conflicts in human resources department&raquo;. 4<sup>th</sup> year; group ММ-51. Prussova Maria.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p align="center">Annotation</p><p>The main objective of the present study is to research the process of intrapersonal conflicts in the human resources department.</p><p>&nbsp;The object of study is human resources department.</p><p>The subject of study is intrapersonal conflict.</p><p>The task was to:</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">1. &nbsp; &nbsp; Investigate the entity and the structure of intrapersonal conflict.</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">2. &nbsp; &nbsp; Investigate the specificity of human resources work.</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">3. &nbsp; &nbsp; Create a technique that can diagnose intrapersonal conflicts.</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">4. &nbsp; &nbsp; Gather empirical information.</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">5. &nbsp; &nbsp; Analyse the situation and give recommendations.</p><p>Chapter one includes theoretical aspects of conflicts, analysis of intrapersonal conflicts. Different types of conflicts, functions, structure and various solutions are given and analysed.</p><p>Theoretical research is based on works of Antsupov A. and&nbsp; Shipilov A., Grishina N. , Armstrong M., Lewin K., Glazl F., Luthans F. ,etc.</p><p>Chapter two gives a description of the company where the research was held. Based on the theory, a technique made of three tests was developed:</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Spielberger anxiety inventory. It helps to evaluate the internal state of employees that affects their actions.</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Vasserman frustration test. It helps to evaluate employees discontent and to distinguish reasons which caused this feeling.</p><p style="margin-left:72pt;">3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="http://neuro.compute.dtu.dk/wiki/Buss-Durkee_Hostility_Inventory" target="_blank">Buss-Durkee&nbsp;Hostility&nbsp;Inventory</a>. It helps to specify the forms of hostility among employees.</p><p>The head of this department had to fill in one additional test in order to identify the leadership style.</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="http://www.mindtools.com/pages/article/newLDR_73.htm" target="_blank">Blake Mouton Managerial&nbsp;Grid</a>. &nbsp;It shows the leader&#39;s task-centeredness (people or production).</p><p>The results of the research are as follows:</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">#&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A high level of personal anxiety.</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">#&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A low frustration level.</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">#&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A high level of hostility among the managers.</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">#&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Leadership style directed both at people and production.&nbsp;</p>
