<p align="center">Summary on for bachelor thesis for the subject:</p><p align="center">Interpersonal conflict management at HR department</p><p align="center">(based on a Russian company)</p><p align="center">Student 4th year, group MM-51, Portnova N.</p><p align="center">&nbsp;</p><p>Managers need to master their skills how to manage conflicts, because while working they face them oftentimes. The basis of any organisation is its staff, and it is natural for them to have conflicts and differences. To prevent destructive consequences of a conflict, a manager should be aware of conflict management principles.</p><p>Nowadays, the practical value of conflict management problem is high and urgent for an organisation working in modern conditions.</p><p>Research objective: study of nature, peculiarities, and sources of interpersonal conflicts in an organisation and how to manage them.</p><p>Research scope: interpersonal conflicts.</p><p>Research object: HR department based on a Russian company.</p><p>Graduation thesis consists of Introduction, two Chapters, Conclusion, and Appendixes.</p><p>Introduction deals with the novelty of the chosen topic, introduces both the objective and tasks of the research, and emphasises its scope and object.</p><p>The first Chapter introduces theoretical domains of the conflict research with its characteristics. The nature of interpersonal conflict is revealed. The peculiarities and root causes of interpersonal conflicts in an organization are studied. The process of how to manage interpersonal conflicts in an organization is touched upon.</p><p>The second Chapter reveals how to diagnose and prevent interpersonal conflict in practice. The information of the organisation in question is presented. The description of the research and different types of objective-based approaches are stated. The research results are analysed, and the necessary tips how to prevent conflicts are made.</p><p>Conclusion repeats the main summaries of the research.</p><p>Theoretical part of the research under consideration is based both on foreign and Russian authors who studied the problem of conflicts. Among them, a special attention was paid to: Grishina N.V., Antsupova A.Ya., Shipilov A.I., Ratnikov V.P., Lyutens F., Emel&rsquo;yanov S., Kibanov A.Ya.</p><p>Practical part of the research is based on different diagnostics methods, such as: Antsupov &amp; Shipilov&rsquo;s module testing, Thomas test, T. Leary test, Bass-Darky questionnaire, and other tests.</p>
