<p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p align="center"><strong>&laquo;</strong><strong>Development of financing mechanism for gold-mining project</strong><strong>&raquo;</strong></p><p><strong>Key words: </strong>project finance, gold-mining project with gravel deposit characteristics, gold-mining company finance, sources of financing, managing financial strategy of the firm.</p><p><strong>Research object: </strong>financing mechanism of gold-mining project with gravel deposit characteristics as a part of small-scale business growth strategy in gold-mining industry.</p><p><strong>Subject of inquiry: &nbsp;</strong>Models, factors of impact and processes of gold-mining project financing.</p><p>Primary purpose of the paper is to develop a financing mechanism of gold-mining project with gravel deposit characteristics, which is intended to optimize the decision-making process and will satisfy the demands of growth oriented business.</p><p>Research is supported by information collected on a basis of Nera LLC along with open data sources including statistics and scientific articles, analytical and research papers of Russian and foreign authors.</p><p>As a result of primary and secondary data analysis several revealed factors affecting gold-mining industry and corresponding projects constituted a basis for a scheme of production cycle in mining company. The latter supplemented with participant observation, contingency approach and linear programming elements facilitated the financing flowchart development. In this mechanism a proper weight was given to such factors as industry context, target nature of funding, mining project peculiarities and special features of small-scale business demands and capabilities. System approach adoption allowed, on the one hand, to develop a set of alternatives, which boost organizational investment resources, and on the other hand, to propose potential arrangements for subsequent improvement of the mechanism developed.</p><p><strong>Professional significance</strong> of the inquiry is constituted by future mechanism adoption opportunities for &ldquo;Nera&rdquo; LLC or organizations with comparable characteristics of scope and running projects. Moreover, recommendations concerning future project investment flows retention and expansion may be employed as a part of organizational growth strategy.</p><p>The paper comprises 76 pages,&nbsp; 4 figures, 17 tables (inclusive of applications). Reference list includes 40 sources.</p>
