When writing work 23 sources were used.</p><p>The purpose of final qualification work &ndash; the competitive analysis of industry of automobile distribution in Kazan City and development of strategic recommendations for opening of the dealer center Mercedes-Benz.</p><p>Problems of final qualification work:</p><p>1&nbsp; .&nbsp; To carry out the strategic analysis of the automobile market Kazan.</p><p>2 . In detail to sort branch of automobile distribution to Kazan.</p><p>3 . To analyse strong and weaknesses both available players of the market, and the dealer center Mercedes-Benz.</p><p>4 . To formulate recommendations about strategic development of the dealer center.</p><p><strong>Object of research:</strong> Avangard Group Limitted.</p><p><strong>Subject of research:</strong> features of development of strategy for the dealer center Merseds-Bens.</p><p>M. Porter, A. Thompson, I. Ansoff, G. Mintsberg&#39;s works concerning bases of formation of strategic management in the companies formed a theoretical and methodological basis of final qualification work.Work includes introduction, 3 heads, the conclusion, the list of references and appendices.</p><p>In chapter 1 the author of work covers theoretical basics of strategic management and the main methods of the strategic analysis of industry.</p><p>In chapter 2 the industry analysis &nbsp;by means of model of 5 forces of M. Porter and PEST analysis is carried out. After each analysis the author sums up the results on industry.</p><p>In the third head by means of received information on industry the author carries out the SWOT-analysis for the company: reveals its strong and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. On the basis of this information the author makes a new matrix of SWOT analysis in which the ratio of strengths &ndash; opportunities is formed, strengths &ndash; threats, weaknesses &ndash; opportunities, weaknesses &ndash; threats are formed too. By means of expert estimates the author reveals the most suitable ways of development of strategy for the organization and specifies recommendations for the company.</p><p>The main conclusions necessarily competitive strategy for the organization and the recommendation about its development are in summary reflected.</p><p>Appendices include the description of the company and an assessment of experts for SWOT analysis.</p>
