Research is concerned with enterprise screening service business processes modeling with regard to non-financial enterprises monitoring, using the classical approach and the approach based on the development of business processes metamodels using the DSM-platform for the design of complex information-analytical system.

National central banks perform a variety of functions to support the economic stability of the country. One of the functions is to monitor the activities of non-financial economy sector (oil, transport, shipbuilding companies, etc.). However, there is a lack of organizational and technical infrastructure for the design and modeling of enterprise screening service business processes. At the moment, to automate the collecting and data analyzing processes, needed to conduct the monotoring, “Prognoz” company is responsible for construction of information and technology base to develop an integrated information analytic system non-financial enterprises activities analysis (IDPS NFEA), namely the domain investigation and the creation of technical specifications for the software implementation.

In this research the methodologies for business process modeling and design of IDPS NFEA development using the approaches based on the use of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and based on MDE technology respectively are performed. To do this, an investigation of national banks` monitoring tasks, as well as existing monitoring systems in European countries, USA, Japan and Russia are conducted (see chapter one).

An approach to the IS design, based on the use of UML is considered. The development of AS-IS model of enterprise screening service business processes using this approach is described (see appendices C, D, E, F). The results of modeling with UML tools revealed that the models are difficult to understand for experts and cannot adequately represent domain concepts (see chapter two).

The possible levels of system integration were analyzed, the results of which revealed the advantage of the functional approach that provides combination of comprehensive system components in a business logic level. MDE is a promising approach to address the challenges of functional integration. It is based on the concept of domain-specific languages (DSLs), constituting a vertical hierarchy of metamodels describing heterogeneous subsystems, and visual models made in metamodels`graphical notations of different levels. A formal description of the languages hierarchy were constructed: general purpose language and domain-specific language for describing of enterprise screening service business processes were constructed in UML`s class diagram. The choise substantiation of using DSM-platform MetaLanguage for the implementation of formally described metamodels, as MetaLanguage has the possibility of multiple languages integration in a single system due to the horizontal and vertical transformations (see chapter two).

A hierarchy of languages and models were implemented: a general-purpose and domain-specific languages for describing enterprises screening service business processes, in the basis of which the models are constructed application processing enterprises screening service officer. During the work with the language tool MetaLanguage system and usability shortcomings were identifyed. A list of defects have been made, some of them are addressed in this research. Also, a list of proposals to improve the ergonomics of the user with the system MetaLanguage was created (see chapter three).

The volume of the work is composed of 156 pages that contain 54 illustrations, 21 tables, 5 listings and 6 appendices. The 49 bibliographic sources are used in this research.
