Main sources of business risks in Russia, methods of its prevention and reduction

AbstractIn the final qualifying student’s paper Stanislav Gorchakov "Main sources of business risks in Russia, methods of its prevention and reduction" gives the results of research some problems related to entrepreneurship’s risks that will be able to arise in the normal course of developing business in any company. Equally it highlighted the main sources of this kind of risks through the usage of several types of classifications and models. In process of writing the paper the methods that will minimize the entrepreneurship’s risks, identified in the practical study of "RN-Bunker", was described and then applied.To determine the main sources of business risks arising from macro- and micro organization applications of such models as "Porter’s Five Forces" and PEST-analysis were adapted to the studied topic of paper and applicable under the subject Company.Equally to determine the most appropriate methods for minimizing the impact of sources of external and internal sources of business risks were designed special matrices that allow to evaluate efficiency of applying some methods in frames of any company.Student studied in details the mechanisms involving in the process of the emergence entrepreneurship’s risks as well as the sources of their original appearance. Described methods of minimize business risks were fully adapted to the specifics of the studying organization.Author of the final qualifying paper received and formed the following findings, including those relating to reducing the influence entrepreneurship’s risks in the context of "RN-Bunker’s" activities:1) The main reasons why most companies need to implement in their strategic management techniques to minimize the influence of sources of business risks have been identified;2)There was an adaptation of classical models PEST-analysis and "Five Forces Porter" directly within the scope of the topic in the study;3) The basic techniques have been identified and characterized that help minimize the impact of sources entrepreneurship’s risks at any level;4) The patterns of interaction between the methods themselves and minimize sources of business risks allowed to construct the matrix assess the effectiveness of a particular method regarding individual risks;5) The usage of adapted models in the activities of "RN-Bunker" in order to detect the main sources of entrepreneurship’s risks;6) For the identified sources of business risks that may exist in the organization "RN-Bunker" was applied previously described evaluation matrix, which, in turn, led to practical recommendations on the application of some methods of minimizing the company "RN-Bunker".
