The main aims of this bachelor thesis is to consider the basic concepts of mathematical modeling of socio-economic systems and to model the dynamics of the two socio-economic systems based on the model of the "predator-prey".

In the third chapter the model of "predator-prey" was applied for modeling competition of three enterprises on the Russian market of ERP systems. The model parameters were calculated on the basis of indicators of the company’s financial condition. So the financial statements of enterprises were analyzed. As a result, the prediction was made that the company «Oracle CIS» will not be able to compete for a long time with such strong competitors as "1C" and «SAP CIS».

In the fourth part the predator-prey model is applied to a new class of problems based on the labor market. In particular, the model of the interaction of engineering students of three leading universities in Nizhny Novgorod with IT company Intel was analyzed. The model parameters were calculated on the basis of the number of students in each university and skills of students. Finally, it was found that UNN students have the best chance to get a job at Intel because of the right combination of skills and the number of students.

As a result, the dynamics of the two socio-economic systems based on the model of the "predator-prey" were modeled.
