Mechanisms of innovative project management in tourism industry on example of "Lookinhotels" project

<p>The present study describes a proposed study that will examine features of innovative project management and their different characteristics. The research will concentrate on the using and adaption current instruments of innovative projects management on the company &ldquo;Lookinhotels&rdquo; and other project that realizing in this industry. The innovative project management will include such parts as defining distinctive features of innovative projects, analysis of current methodology in project management and how it can be adapt to the needs of innovative project in tourism industry.</p><p>The main goal of the present research is to use current methodology of innovative project management for management project &ldquo;Lookinhotels&rdquo;</p><p>Within this broad aim it is necessary to analyze main features of innovative project and to consider useful instruments for managing innovations, also analysis of methodology for project management.</p><p>The paper consists of introduction to the study, three main chapters, conclusion and references. The research also includes 16 pictures and 11 tables.</p><p>In the first chapter theoretical aspects of the innovative project management will be scrutinized. Further more the main features on innovative project will be defined. In the second chapter the author will analyze current methodology of innovative project management. The third part consider analysis of tourism industry, current innovative projects and adaption of innovative project management methodology to the needs of &ldquo;Lookinhotels&rdquo; project.</p><p>The research will result in using innovative project methodology for project that realizing now tourism industry and after that it becomes standard methodology can be used for management &ldquo;Lookinhotels&rdquo; project.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
