Subject of research - legal features of such contracts.</p><p>In this master&#39;s thesis include: introduction, three chapters, сhapter summaries, final conclusion, application and references.</p><p>In the introduction, given the purpose and objectives of the work, study the relevance of the chosen theme of the dissertation.</p><p>In the first chapter identified the main platform for the organization of transactions on the Internet. Held substantive analysis of such platforms to identify significant strengths and weaknesses. Defined legal entities on the Internet. Studied and presented types of contracts concluded on the Internet.</p><p>In the second chapter discussed the practical aspects and problems at the conclusion of electronic contracts. In particular, it identifies possible ways of identification / authentication counterparties defined explicit and implicit disadvantages of various methods. Studied in detail by digital signature as a means of identification / authentication of legal entities. There were also defined and exhaustively examined other topical issues in contract on the Internet - time of the contract, the legal force of the treaty.</p><p>Examined thoroughly by judicial precedents relating to the legal consequences of defects identification.</p><p>In the third chapter considered the world practice of contracting with the Internet, as well as the problem of a choosing the law when making a deal complicated with foreign element.</p><p>The final conclusion of the dissertation presents practical recommendations for dealing with urgent problems identified. Described deployed application of skills learned in the course of writing a thesis under the actually existing businesses in e-commerce. In particular, it has been designed, developed and implemented in business processes of a company an automated system of the conclusion of electronic contracts on the Internet with the use of digital signatures. In an annex to the present dissertation is attached license agreement, the development of which was the basis of the automated system developed.</p>
