Chelyshkov</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>The aim is to design and develop cloud CRM-system to manage the sales process and the organization of work on outgoing calls.</p><p>During the work on the service was designed and implemented data storage structure, designed and implemented web-page structure site, written code of software components. To ensure data was configured to automatically backup the database tables and files file structure web-site. Jira used forproject management.</p><p>To test the ability of the portal to work with a large load was conducted stress testing followed by evaluation of test results.</p><p>As a result, the work was received multitenant service that is able to compete successfully with other specialized products in the management of the sales process in the CEE.</p><p>Supervisor: Assistant U.V.
