Comments about their possible application in the research are given.Chapter 2 – Specifics of project management in the “Vityaz” company at the moment of transformation beginning. The chapter describes the situation in company before the project management was developed, classifying everything by areas of knowledge. Here the level of maturity for this company is analyzed and some recommendations for entering new level in the closest future are given.Chapter 3 – Changes in project management. SPM implication. Describes methods that are already applied and will be applied soon as the result of this research. Describes the project department of company as the PM office, gives some prospective of its future development.In conclusion results of research are given, some recommendations are formulated. All based on the experience of using theoretical approaches and international standards in practice.
