INDIVIDUAL VALUES, SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING AND RELIGIOSITY AS FACTORS OF MOTIVATION TO VOLUNTEERING

Correlation between individual values, subjective wellbeing, level of religiousness and motivation of the personality to volunteer activity is investigated in this work. Interrelations between all valuable blocks and motivations of volunteering were revealed. However, values of the Openness to Changes block have the strongest impact. The significant positive link of subjective wellbeing to motivation of volunteering is also revealed. Communication of level of religiousness and motivation of the personality to volunteer activity was insignificant and negative.
