Application of Agile methodology in Lamoda company.

<p>Effective project management is one of the main problems in project management sphere. A lot of different approaches and techniques exist today, but always hard to choose right approach for right project and for right project environment. Despite the rapidly developing of project management standards, a large number of projects are finished out of deadlines, or budget. It happens because of world changes at high speed, the uncertainty increase, the level of risk increases, the complexity of technology increases as well, moreover . One of the answers to this challenge is Agile, which adapts project management to uncertainty environment, incomplete requirements etc. But these methodologies have one important limitation; in most cases they are adjust for IT industry.</p><p>The purpose of this study is extensive; firstly determine the limits of applicability of Agile, to compare some of them and to identify the most universal, secondly to evaluate the possibility of using Agile in projects from different industries, for example in Lamoda company.</p><p>As a result, it was revealed that many Agile can and should be applied not only in the IT sector, moreover in some areas where is a suitable external and internal environment. This statement was confirmed by the example of Lamoda, which is ready to implement Kanban, which could potentially improve the efficiency of project management system. That was revealed through Ahmed Sidky methodology, which is designed for evaluation company readiness for Agile implementation.</p><p>This study will be useful for a wide range of people, as it expands the applicability of Agile, therefore other researchers can use this study for the comprehensive analysis of applicability Agile in various industries. Also, this work will be useful for companies from different industries, which are planning to implement Agile. Moreover, this study can be used directly in Lamoda for Agile implementation.</p>
