<p>ABSTRACT<br />&nbsp;<br />Proposed study on &quot;Eleboration of a HR strategy&quot; in the case of the company &quot;Perspective Technologies&quot; contains 90 pages of explanatory notes, 18 figures, 18 tables, 4 formulas used 39 sources, 4 applications, including a questionnaire to employees of&nbsp; &quot;Perspective technology &quot; Ltd. training evaluation form filled by employees, training evaluation form filled by the head and the interview protocol with Top manager of &nbsp;&quot;Perspective technologies&quot; Ltd.<br /><br />Keywords: strategy, staff, training, appraisal, motivation, competence, growth, Easy management, management, efficiency, needs, loyalty.<br /><br />Object of the research is a HR strategy.<br /><br />The purpose of the graduation project is the development of HR strategy for &quot;Perspective Technology&quot; Ltd.<br /><br />Research methods - the analysis of literary sources, the analysis of official documentation &quot;Perspective Technologies&quot; Ltd., oversee the work of the staff, the comparison with the work of the personnel management system in such enterprises, the method of expert assessments (interview with experienced professionals), a systematic approach, the method of case studies and etc.<br /><br />The work consists of an introduction, three parts, conclusion, bibliography and appendices. The first part contains theoretical studies that investigated the main issues HR strategy. The second part of the analysis adopted by the HR strategy of&nbsp; &quot;Perspective Technology&quot; Ltd.. A brief general description of the enterprise, we investigate the existing personnel management strategy Enterprise &quot;Perspective Technology&quot; Ltd. The results of the employee survey to assess problems in the control system personalom. Third part of the activities developed HR strategy, evaluating the cost-effectiveness of the proposed measures HR strategy &quot;Perspective Technology&quot; Ltd. Finally formulate conclusions of the study.<br />The practical value of the work lies in the fact that it developed measures HR strategy with regard to specific personnel problems prevailing in &quot;Perspective Technology&quot; Ltd. and suggest possible solutions to these problems. Introduction of measures designed to realize the strategy of the organization and in the future will make it possible to keep the trend growth of the main indicators of the organization, the results of calculations of the expected earnings growth of at least 3%.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
