The first part contains theoretical studies that investigated the main issues HR strategy. The second part of the analysis adopted by the HR strategy of&nbsp; &quot;Perspective Technology&quot; Ltd.. A brief general description of the enterprise, we investigate the existing personnel management strategy Enterprise &quot;Perspective Technology&quot; Ltd. The results of the employee survey to assess problems in the control system personalom.
