The problem of drawing up the forecast for service companies are studied in this work. The methods of the assessment of sales in the companies is presented. The best method is realized.Neural networks is considered. Creation of a sales forecast by various methods is made.The C and 1C code are developed to evaluate sales analysis system. The network in the Statistica 8.0 program is constructed. The results of this work may be useful when forecasting sales in service companies.Supervisor: Prof. A.V. Belov2014
