The developement of human resource strategy for machine-building enterprise

<p>This Graduate Qualification Work represents a theoretically justified plan of elaborating human resource strategy, which was implemented on small manufacturing company located in Voronezh.&nbsp; The necessity of company&rsquo;s adaptation to heterogeneous and inenarrable environment determinates an importance of the work. The company under concern chose the way of innovation, but it was not ready to this.&nbsp; In that case the question of organizational changes arises. So, the main objective is to create the human resources strategy, which will stimulate the company to achieve its strategic goals. It requires the execution of next tasks:</p><ol><li>Defining of fundamental theoretical perspectives and paradigms in strategic human resource management (HRM)</li><li>Defining of concepts and models of strategic HRM</li><li>Selection and estimation of the basic research model</li><li>Collection of the necessary data</li><li>Formulation of the human resource strategy</li><li>Giving of recommendations for implementation of HR strategy</li></ol><p>The strategic management literature and human resources literature were used as methodological and theoretical basis. The three-stage process model of Krishnan and Singh was chosen as the basic one, where the first stage consists in the analysis of environmental and organizational context and transformation of company&rsquo;s strategic goals into strategic goals of HRM. The second and the third stage include creation of HRM systems and evaluation of strategic achievements.&nbsp;&nbsp; Data were gathered through the use of Delphi method and a couple of interviews.&nbsp; What is more, financial and HR documentation were used for better understanding of company&rsquo;s situation.</p><p>As a result, it is suggested to use groups instead of individual organization of work, top-management education in case to increase their HR competency and the evaluation by the long-yerm objectives with the accent on collective work.</p>
