The influence of mood on willingness to help outgroup members

<p>This paper presents &nbsp;a quasiexperimental study of a sample of convinience (NN=122), exploring the problem of mood influence on willingness to help outgroup members. Proposed hypotheses are based on a comprehensive analysis of current literature on the topic. It was suggested that the influence of mood on helping behavior will be mediated by a biased attitude towards the beneficiary. A priming procedure was used to induce mood. Data was analyzed using SPSS.</p>
