Designing Complex Methods for Evaluation of Business Process Effectiveness Within an Organization

<p>In today&#39;s world there is tough competition. Design of innovative product or service is no longer the key to success as technologies are reproduced fast by the other players and duplicates are often better than the original one. Those win who can do the same with less overheads.</p><p>Thereby today&#39;s success of every entreprise is defined by the way its processes are built. At the same time, efficiency is quite an abstract concept that&#39;s why it need complex quanitty assessment to answer that question. With regards to the above the thesis is actual.</p><p>The object of this investigation is methods of business process efficiency assessment, the subject is the design of methods for evaluation of business process effectiveness for application to high tech equipment production enterprises.</p><p>What is a business process? What does effectiveness mean in general and in business process context? The answers are given in the first chapter of the paper.</p><p>The aim of this work is to design complex methods for evaluation of business process effectiveness with regards to high tech production features.</p><p>The aim is followed by a series of tasks which needs to be completed:</p><p>- Analyze existing approaches to BP efficiency evaluation</p><p>- Formulate up-to-date requirements to&nbsp;BP efficiency evaluation</p><p>- Find key criteria</p><p>- Create procedures for&nbsp;BP efficiency evaluation</p><p>- Test on a real enterprise</p><p>- Analyze the results</p><p>The value of this work is that it results in a methods which considers high tech equipment area features and allows to evaluate with regards to it which increases the quality of the result and gives more confidence in terms of decision-making.</p><p>Besides, the methods can be used in some other investigations and so on.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
