<p>Annotation on effective incentive system and payment of employment.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The topicality of the theme of the graduate qualification work us that nowadays the main aspect of any successful practice is connected with the efficient system of payment and inspiration of labour activity. Just now it has become not only the element of the internal environment of any company directed to the raise of its effectiveness and its structural subdivisions but each employee as well. Availability of such an effective system is competitive advantage of any company in the personnel search, especially in the search of highly qualified. In these latter days less persons think about the company itself while job search. The most part of them care their salary, promotion and satisfaction of their needs. That is why all the aspects of the incitation are very important in our world, and not only the nice wages, but the opportunity of the inspiration of labour activity by creating motivational elements. All the aspects of the inspiration of labour activities, material and intangible, will be analyzed in this work.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>The subject</strong> of this investigation is she incentive system and salaries in the young cafe &quot;QWERTY&quot;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>The aim of the thesis</strong> is the analysis of the existing incentive system and compensation it &quot;QWERTY&quot; Ltd, assessment of its efficiency and suggestion ways of possible improvement of this system.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; There are following problems in the thesis:</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; identify the relevance of having effective incentive system and compensation in any organization;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; analyze the general directions and variety of motivations, incitation and payment of labour activity;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; determine the effective incentive system and payment of employment in the organization;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; identify the problems of incentive system and payment of employment in &quot;QWERTY&quot; Ltd;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; suggest ways to improve the incentive system and payment of employment in &quot;QWERTY&quot; Ltd.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Based on the goals and objectives of this graduate qualification work the following structure of the work has been formed: the introduction, two chapters, seven paragraphs, the conclusion, the bibliography and the supplement.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>The first chapter </strong>is about the theoretical foundations of incentive motivation and payment of employment:</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; basic concepts and definitions, their relationship and interaction;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; place and role of motivation and incentives in Human Resource Management System;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; classification of incentives;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the structure of incentives;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; components and goals of incentives;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; evolution views and theoretical foundations of incentive motivation;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; basic concepts and salary structure;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; functions and factors affecting payment of employment;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; systems and forms of remuneration;</p><p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; theoretical foundations of effective incentive system and payment of employment.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>The second chapter</strong> is about the existing incentive system and payment of employment in &quot;QWERTY&quot; Ltd and assumption about the increase of its efficiency. The empirical base of this work is related with the information about staff attitude to the existing payment of employment and stimulation of labour, obtained as a result of questionnaires. Moreover, for completeness the former employees of &quot;QWERTY&quot; Ltd have been interviewed. By analysis of the data the measures to improve effectiveness of the incentive system and payment of employment have been suggested to &quot;QWERTY&quot; Ltd.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>The conclusion. </strong>The theoretical foundations of payment of employment and stimulation of stuff labour, effective incentive system and practical use of this knowledge in &quot;QWERTY&quot; Ltd have been described in this graduate qualification work. Upon analyzing the existing incentive system and payment of employment in &quot;QWERTY&quot; Ltd, the methods to improve its efficiency have been suggested.</p>
